We are a specialist firm handling the filing and prosecution of patents, trademarks and designs in the UK and in the relevant European offices (European Patent Office and OHIM, the European Community Trademarks and Designs Office). We aim to provide a competitive fee schedule and are happy to provide quotations for specified work. We want to build long-term relationships rather than maximise short-term billing.
We advise and assist clients in validity and infringement matters, working where appropriate with other professionals in litigation matters.
We have experience in a wide range of subject matter, and we pride ourselves in providing the best possible outcome for your clients in all patent, trademark and design matters.
We make the best use of available technology to deliver an efficient personal service. We have developed our own case management system which is the core of our paperless office, and we file electronically directly with the UKIPO, the EPO and OHIM to secure instant filing dates.
